Design and creation of The Skill Meal, a recipe book interspersed with case studies and information about the The Skill Mill, a social enterprise providing employment in watercourse and horticulture services for young prison-leavers. The recipe book provided an opportunity to showcase the important and demanding environmental work undertaken by the young trainees, while encouraging them to understand and proiritise healthy eating and nutrition. Bespoke illustrations were commissioned to complement the recipes and contribute to the youthful aesthetic of the book, while working seamlessly across print and digital formats.
